Prices, taxes, and additional charges
The checkout screen controls the offered item, price, currency, billing interval, and included quantity for boyfrnd. Applicable taxes and unavoidable additional charges are shown before confirmation when the operator is responsible for collecting them. Network, device, or store charges imposed by another provider are governed by that provider's terms.
Subscriptions
If a subscription is offered, the purchase screen will identify the recurring benefit, billing period, price, trial conditions, eligibility limits, and how to cancel before the user agrees. A subscription does not guarantee that every feature or item is included unless the checkout description expressly says so. boyfrnd offers the Plus subscription at US$12.99 per month. Each paid billing period grants 2,400 coins to the account; those coins do not expire, but the subscription is not unlimited use — a message reply still costs 8 coins.
Automatic renewal
A recurring subscription renews only after clear disclosure and affirmative agreement to the renewal terms. Before purchase, we disclose the renewal frequency, amount or method for determining it, and cancellation path. Required renewal reminders or price-change notices will be provided under applicable law; renewal reminder formats and timing remain subject to counsel review before release.
Cancellation
You may cancel an operator-billed subscription through the account path displayed with the offer, and a store-billed subscription through that store's subscription controls. Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewal rather than erasing access already paid for, subject to applicable refund and mandatory consumer rights.
App-store and third-party billing
When Apple, Google, or another marketplace is the merchant or billing provider, that provider processes payment credentials and may administer cancellation or refund requests under its rules. The service will identify the billing route at checkout and will not claim authority to override a store decision it does not control.
Tickets, coins, and other virtual items
boyfrnd sells the Plus monthly subscription at US$12.99, which grants 2,400 coins for each paid billing period, and one-time coin packs of 480/1120/2400/6400 coins through Stripe web checkout; a message reply costs 8 coins. Virtual items are limited, personal service entitlements, not cash, deposits, or ownership interests; they cannot be transferred, redeemed for money, or used outside the identified service unless the offer expressly and lawfully states otherwise. Expiration, consumption order, and any balance rules must be disclosed before sale. One-time coin packs of 480/1120/2400/6400 coins are sold through Stripe web checkout at the price shown before purchase. Free promotional coins — 80 at signup and 40 as a daily grant — expire 7 days after they are granted and are consumed before paid coins; coins granted by a purchase or a paid billing period do not expire.
Withdrawals and refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the item, whether digital performance began, the billing provider's role, the disclosed offer, and mandatory consumer law. Nothing here removes a statutory cooling-off, defective-service, unauthorized-charge, or other non-waivable remedy. The final refund method and any lawful exclusions must match the actual store and product mechanics before release. When a payment is refunded, the coins granted by that payment are revoked from the remaining balance; any portion already consumed is recorded as refund debt on the account rather than being erased. Nothing in that accounting removes a mandatory refund right.
Purchases by minors
The service is for adults age 18 or older only, and training eligibility also begins at age 18. A minor may purchase only through a permitted protected flow and with parental or guardian authorization where required. We may cancel or restrict an unauthorized minor purchase and will apply any mandatory refund rule. No purchase permits access to an age-restricted tier or makes minor data eligible for training.
Failed, reversed, or disputed payments
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is reasonably suspected to be unauthorized, access to the associated paid entitlement may be paused while the issue is investigated. We will not charge an undisclosed penalty, and a payment dispute does not remove the user's separate privacy, content, or appeal rights.
