Delete your account
This deletes your boyfrnd account and the conversations attached to it. It cannot be undone, and you do not need the app installed to do it here.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your login and, with it, everything keyed to it: every conversation and message, every memory he kept of you, your scheduled and upcoming messages, your profile, your relationship history and stage, characters you had blocked, and any characters you created.
It also removes your balances. Coins, free tickets, and any active Plus entitlement are removed from the account. If you have a balance you care about, spend it or contact support before you delete.
Records that may remain
Moderation and safety records remain with their account reference removed. Billing event records may retain payment-provider identifiers, including an app account identifier. Deleting your account does not erase records held separately by Apple, Google, or our payment processors. See our privacy policy for the retention terms, or contact support about these records.
Deleting your account does not always cancel your subscription
This depends on where you bought it, and it is the one thing worth checking first.
- If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play — including any purchase made inside the iPhone or Android app — deleting your account here does not cancel that subscription, and we cannot cancel it for you. Apple and Google only accept a cancellation from you. Cancel it in your device’s subscription settings first, or you will keep being billed after your account is gone.
- If you subscribed on the web, cancellation is part of deletion: we attempt cancellation through the configured payment processor before deleting account data. If that cancellation fails, deletion stops and nothing is removed — you will see that on this page rather than a false confirmation.
Delete it
Sign in to the account you want deleted. We delete the account you sign in as and no other — there is no way to name a different account here.
Signed up with Apple?
You never set a password, and Apple sign-in isn’t available on this page yet. Contact support and include the account email shown in boyfrnd. If Apple gave you a private relay address, include that address in your request; you do not need to send mail from it. We confirm it is your account before we act, and we tell you when it is done.

Deleting your account is not the only option. Opting out of AI training is a separate request that leaves your account and conversations in place.
